Bennett D. Mortenson has enjoyed percussion since 5th grade. He served as the Bozeman Montana High School Marching Band Drumline leader, and enjoyed All-State Band and Orchestra. Ben loved his time on the BYU Drumline. After serving as a missionary in Mongolia, he met Lauren, and together they have 3 kids: Hyrum, Ariona, and Genevieve.  When he's not teaching them science or PE, he works as a dentist in Lakewood Colorado. For Ben, music is a way to express gratitude to Jesus Christ, and he expects to hear a good cymbal crash at the Second Coming.
